What is AgroKhata?
AgroKhata is complete ERP software for Indian agro dealers. It replaces paper ledgers with one system for counter billing, farmer credit, stock & expiry, company payables, expenses, and 25+ reports — on your private shop link.
Who is AgroKhata for?
Fertilizer, seed, and pesticide shops (agro dealers) that need day-to-day billing, credit tracking, warehouse control, and clear business reports — not a generic grocery or clothes POS.
How do I get access?
Submit a request on agrokhata.com. Our team will call or WhatsApp you, confirm payment, then create your shop login and subdomain (for example yourshop.agrokhata.com).
What does the first year cost?
Installation options: ₹2,999 per month; ₹8,499 every 3 months; ₹15,999 for 6 months; or ₹29,999 once for the full year (save ₹5,989 vs monthly). Installation is included in all first-year options. For 3-month and 6-month plans, pay again at the end of each period to continue.
What does renewal cost after the first year?
Renewal: pay ₹999 per month; ₹4,999 every 6 months; or ₹7,999 once for the year and save ₹3,989 vs monthly. No re-installation — same shop URL and data continue.
Can I sign up and start using ERP immediately?
Not automatically. AgroKhata uses human onboarding: after payment is confirmed, our team provisions your tenant, license, and credentials.
What happens if I submit the request form twice?
We detect the same phone or email and do not create a duplicate entry. You will see a message that your request is already received and our team will contact you.
What reports are included?
Sales analytics, most sold products, seed sales by crop, profit, outstanding customers, repeat customers, nearby expiry, sold vs remaining, expense reports, CA export, and more — see the Features section for demos.
Will I get my own shop URL?
Yes. After provisioning, your shop is available on a subdomain such as prakrutiagro.agrokhata.com.
Is my shop data separate from other dealers?
Yes. Each agro dealer is a separate tenant. Your customers, sales, and stock stay isolated from other shops.
Do you support CA / accountant exports?
Yes. CA Export packages sales, purchases, and expenses for a date range into one ZIP with CSVs and attachments where available.
